General and Useful Accessories List - Megathread

So, this is a general list and more like a guidance of useful items and to give a new owner an idea of useful accessories to have.

This list will be updated as and when Suzuki provides us with a list of official accessories and when members give us reviews/recommendations. Till then some generic but useful accessories are as follows. This is just an initial list and will be updated as users start posting their experiences.

[MUST HAVE] - This is 100% recommended to have no matter if you’re touring, pottering around city or even off-roading.
[PREFERRED] - This is the next in priority, tho not compulsory, it’s good to have.
[RECOMMENDED] - This is purely independent choice, gauge your own requirement and pick them up.

Thank you very much putting this list together. I wanted to ask if anybody has got the aluminium pedals in this link? I am just about 5.5 and find the pedal reach a bit limited if I put seat back in my preferred position. If anybody has got this one or something similar, would appreciate any inputs on its usefulness and ease of installation.

Yes, I have them installed in my Jimny. They are very good quality. Installation is fairly simple. For the accelerator one its a bit tricky. But no holes have to be drilled. Its all plug and play

Hi Buvan,

You need to create a new account at Amazon Japan and mention your proper details for address. The address you mention should be the same as your license or Aadhar.

Then add all the items to the cart and checkout. Amazon Japan will show the final amount including all shipping and customs. This is the final amount that you will pay. There is nothing else.

Before delivery DHL will send you an email asking you to upload KYC documents, please upload license or Aadhar. This is a one time step. On subsequent orders you will not.need to upload anything on DHL site again.

Once you have placed the order you will receive the good within 3 or 4 days.

Order of preference:
4th (Manik san and few other members, best in terms of functionality),
I have 1st option/ 3rd option (few members are using this),
2nd (Probably no one is using this).

Hey Jimny fans! Got a spare hand rest and cup holder from Amazon Japan (thanks to a glitch). Ended up paying twice, so selling the extra set at the same price plus shipping. Cup holder is sealed, and hand rests are unused (had to open the box for inspection). Check the pics below for reference. DM if interested!
